The ninth International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications IPTA 2019 aims at gathering international researchers, innovators, educators, and practitioners in image processing for attending extensive educational high level materials, sharing their achievements, exchanging their experiences and discussing future orientations. The conference aims to provide an excellent forum to meet and discuss various important issues on image processing and applications. Topics include but are not limited to:

  • Image formation, scanning, display and printing
  • Image and video processing, coding and compression
  • Machine learning methods for image and video analysis
  • Pattern recognition and computer vision
  • Perceptual analysis of images and video
  • Image forensics and security
  • Applications of image and video analysis

Accepted and Extended papers describing original contributions will be selected for the international journals.

 

PUBLICATION:

All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and will be submitted for indexing by EI.

 

CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSION ORGANIZATION 

For the ninth International Conference on Image Processing Tools, Theory and Applications (IPTA) being held in Istanbul, Turquey, between November 6 and 9, 2019, we are looking for researchers desiring to organize Special Sessions on critical and emerging topics in image processing. Each Special Session is expected to count between 4 and 8 invited speakers. Presentations will be oral.

In advance of the meeting, invited contributors are required to submit their papers for inclusion in the proceedings (which will undergo normal peer review).

Special Session Proposals should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than March 31, 2019.

Special sessions participants are encouraged to submit their papers for inclusion in the proceedings. They will get full review (with the possibility of being rejected).
