Papers must be submitted in English and formatted according to the following instructions.

Please check and carefully follow the instructions provided in the templates which contains detailed instructions on formatting your document.

Authors should submit a paper of up to 6 A4 format pages, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, using the on-line submission procedure indicated below.


After submission an optional acknowledgement (if selected) is sent by e-mail to contat author or to all authors. If the author does not manage the web-based procedure then he/she may send the paper by e-mail to the contact information attaching an additional file containing: the title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details, a list of keywords and an abstract.

Review process

The scientific program committee will review all papers and rate them according to quality, relevance, correctness, and originality. The corresponding author of each paper will be informed by e-mail of the result of the technical committee’s decision.


All accepted papers and presented by one of the authors will be indexed by IEEE Xplore, published in conference proceedings under an ISBN reference, by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), Scopus and dblp Computer Science Bibliography.
